Hi Owen,
In order to get help on the boards, you need to give more information. About when and where was Theodore born? When and where did he die or is he still living. What was the name of his wife, what are the names of the children? There are over 300 Cheney's in MA in 1930 the last census that is available on line.
I have a Charles Cheney in my husband's line in MA. Let me know any additional information you have and I'll try to help you.
