I wonder if you might be willing to help me with any pertinent information you may have.

My great-great grandparents - Herbert and Amie Daniels - were from Carleton Corner, Annapolis, Nova Scotia. In the 1881 census, they are listed with their daughter, Edith (my great grandmother), and a "Harlan Chesley" who was 12 years old at the time. I thought he might be Amie's younger brother, but a post on the geneaology board by Jennie Mann does not include Amie in his sibling group. I still suspect some kind of familial relationship and wonder if you have come across any such connection.
If you have any information with which you could provide me either on this board or via email, I would be most appreciative.
