Dear Jennie,

In my haste due to enthusiams, I asked you a very silly question in my previous post - if you knew anything about the Warren Daniels' branch of the Daniels family. Of course, you have no reason to know about this - I wasn't thinking clearly. Please forgive me.

I do, however, have a few questions that you might have answers to...

Do you know if Amy Amelia (Saunders) Daniels had any brothers or sisters?

Do you know where she was born - Paradise? Digby? Annapolis? (I may be confusing towns and counties here, I am sure).

The 1881 census says Amy is of Scottish descent. Can you verify this?

And again, as mentioned in the first post, I wonder if you can find how the mysterious cousin "Maude Saunders" fits into this picture.

I was so pleased to receive your post! I couldn't wait to add the information to my family tree and let my Dad's cousin, Brad, know of it as well. His mother (Constance) travelled to NS in the 1970s to trace the family tree. She recorded all she found and Brad just thought it was tucked away in her desk. After her death when he went to look for it, it had disappeared. This has been a source of disappointment to him as he loves family history. He has never been able to make the trip up to NS himself, and at this point, he probably never will. All this to say I know he will be delighted to hear what you have shared.

Thank you again, and I look forward to hearing from you!

Kristina
