Ruth Tonia Child 07-16-1893 is my grandmother
Her parents were Wm T. Child 03-22-1856 and Agnes Hill Child 06-09-1863.
His parents are George H Child 12-6-1826 and Josephine (Tiffany) Child 09-30-1830.
George's parents were Daniel Child 10-29-1796 and Mary Ann Cole 03-27-1798
I am not sure if James Child born 10-7-1788 is Daniel's brother or father.
The next generation back is supposed to be Captain Haile Child 01-23-1759.
That is all that I know. I would like to know more and hook into one of the lines that are described here. My father, William Troutman is 85 and would love to know more about his mother's family. She died when he was 7 and all of her siblings died before their parents...so there has never been anyone to ask.
