"In our obituary of this week we record the death of Francis Child...
He was one of the younger sons of the late William Child, esq...
He married in 1814 Martha the second daughter of the late William Clulow, Esq.
The deceased survived all of his brothers, except an elder one, Samuel Preston Child, esq., of Wood-hall, Shenley, Herts."
I've condensed this considerable to show the relationship.
Now, there was another brother George Child who on the same day that Francis married Martha Clulow married her sister Elizabeth Clulow. This was at Old Church, St. Pancras on 7-12-1814.
I'm descended from George Child and Elizabeth Clulow.
I look forward to sharing information on our common families. I don't know how much I can help, but it's always good to find a cousin working on the same line.
