Hello. I am researching a relative that lived in the poor house in the town of Fulton, Kentucky. She is listed in the 1880 Greenup Co. Ky census as living there. The keeper of the poor house is listed as John Chinn age 81. I was wondering if anyone would have any interesting info on the poorhouse itself. I havent been able to find any info on this at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Zetta
