I just reciently purchased an old book with a picture of this child in it. It is book from the Blackburn's Studio of Dancing from Pittsburge, Pa. It is labled Blackburn's Album Children's Carnival. It looks like a program for different plays where the children perform. On the inside cover it has Children's class opens Saturday Afternoon, September 20, 1919. This child would have been born in the early 1900's. If anyone is interrested, I will scan the picture and see if it might be someone you know or are looking for. If it is, I can send you a better copy. It has a lot of differen children dressed in their costumes.
