i am also researching the Christ\Crist family of Frederick Co., Maryland. I recognize the Zimmerman-Crist name, and will try and see what information I have on the family. Do you happen to know a Peter or Johann Peter Crist who married a Margaretha Mong\Mang? His father was a Michael Crist and they were in Frederick Co. in the early 1700s and about the tiime you are looking for Maria Christ. I am also looking for Crists who marry into the Collings\Collins family who are in Virginia and later into Indiana. If you know about that connection it would be interesting to learn about them. That would tie my family into my husband's family! (Always interesting to do!)

I was also interested in YOUR name, Samuel Bowser, since my cousins and I research THAT name in Pa., Maryland, and various other states. I am going backwards from the 1800s, but will look at more recent research which my cousins do!

Please advise me on the sibllings of your Crist\Christ name or their parentage. I will look up what I have on the Zimmerman name!
