I found some dates in my research, but still can't find any far back than John Monroe Chronister(dob-2/21/1872, dod-2/10/1950).
John Monroe Chronister was married to Hattie Rosalee McGregor, and father of Herbert P. Chronister(Oct.19,1894-Jun.19,1964). Herbert was born in Zalma, Mo.
An infant boy died Apr.24,1911 had son of John Monroe Chronister on record as to identity.
Herbert P. Chronister was married to Rita Nichols(2nd wife), father of Howard(Sept.1,1926-Oct.1963), Glenda(Apr.9,1918-Apr.21,1995)) Mildred possibly also known as Tinker(?), Wymoth(?) and Johnnie or John(1930's?).
Johnnie is my grandfather. He was born in Marble Hill or Patton Mo. in the 1930's. Wife Jennie McCormick(Feb.25,1932- Feb.18,2005). Daughter Debbie born? Son mark born 1956.
I also found a possible link to more chronisters, but I am not sure. An Ole Monroe Chronister (May 25,1933-Aug.22,2004) was the son of John and Lulu (Beuhler) Chronister. He was from Bollinger county and so was Herbert. It seems very coincidental, but maybe that is all it is. I thought that maybe John Monroe Chronister may have remarried and had more children. This is only my theory though. My Grandfather is unable to help me with any of the facts.
I am hoping someone could help me with information on John Monroe chronister's parents or tell me if they know of any link to Ole Monroe Chronister line.
If anyone has any more information on this line of Chronisters, can you please e-mail me at [email protected] -Thanks
