John: I have another Chubb line in Dauphin Co., which may connect somewhere with your line. I have a Henry Chubb, son of Jacob Chubb (Tschopp), b. 2 Mar 1760 in Halifax Twp., Dauphin Co, married to Mary Magdalena Kasselin. They had the following children: John, Henry, Daniel, Michael, Nancy, Peter, and Samuel. This Samuel is probably too old to be your Samuel.
I trace my line to the second son of Henry, also named Henry, b. 3 Nov 1795, married to Nancy Miller.
