In my opinion best place to start Churchill search is "ancestry.com.worldconnect". This is a very large, free database, where Churchill history is extremely well covered.
You will find most data you need. However, be aware that the data is provided by individuals and contains many errors and omissions. The data can only be corrected by the individual presenting it. It is not often you find corrections.
"familysearch.org" is another source, but that too, has been compiled by individuals and is also not edited for errors.
The "Churchill Family Forum" is also an excellent source. Often additional info (not found on Worldconnect or Familysearch) is found here.
Be aware that the second generation of Connecticut Churchills - Joseph Churchill, married Mary Catlin and NOT Mary Towsey (also spelled Toucie, Tousey, etc)
Recent research turned up facts that tend to prove a Mary Towsey never existed in the times of Joseph Churchill, although many internet contributors have made unsubstantiated claims that she did.
Mary Catlin did exist but her marriage to Joseph Churchill is backed only by the writings of William Boardman (early 1900's and, although, not disputed, Boardman provided no proof for the marriage.
If you search worldconnect, just type in Eunice Churchill then when box inviting more data appears, type in for "Father", Nathaniel Churchill, jr. That will get you started. There will be multi hits to choose from.
