Larry, may I suggest that you might want to do a bit of research on the Duke of Marlborough line of English Churchills, as they are well documented. Randolph and Jennie Jerome had no daughters and two sons, one of whom was the future Prime Minister, Winston. The Sarah to whom you refer was Winston Churchill's daughter. Since her grandmother was from Rochester, it's not surprising that she might visit there, but her grandmother was a Jerome, not a Churchill, and there were no "Churchills of Rochester" in the sense in which you are using the term.
