Christ Church in Middlesex County, VA was the home parish of one of the Virginia Churchill groups - the one that originated in Oxfordshire, England. One William was the immigrant progenitor, but he had a son William and there were other Williams mixed in as well. I do recall that a female Churchill married a Roger Jones, and somewhere in their descendants is a Churchill Jones.

There's also at least one more "Virginia" Churchill group, who may or not be related to the above back in England. This group had a bunch of Samuels, and I think that a Samuel may be their immigrant ancestor.

I don't believe that the Virginia Churchills (of which I am one) are included in the "Churchill Family in America" book. It's quite a valuable resource for those Churchills who are from the Devonshire area who came to settle in a few sections of New England.

This is from the top of my head, so sorry about any goofs.

Regards & good luck,
Brad (Who's STILL looking for the father of my g-g-g-g-grandfather George Churchill who lived Shelby Co., KY abt 1795-1825.)
