The birth of Frank A. Churchill, son of Almander and Catherine (Packard) Churchill is recorded in both Clinton and Lawrence MA. According to the birth records, Frank was born in Clinton, Worcester Co., MA. In the Clinton record, the date is recorded as 11 Jun 1860, male child born to Almanda and Cath. Churchill, with father's occ. trader, father's place of birth New Market, NH and mother's place of birth Lowell MA; In the Lawrence record the childs name is Frank A., the date is recorded as 10 Jun 1860, parents are "Almon" and Catherine Churchill, place of birth Clinton MA, father's occ. trader, father's place of birth New Market, NH and mother's place of birth Lowell MA;

Almander and Catherine had a daughter, Carrie Helen, b 21 Mar 1858 at Lowell MA. A son, Fred S., was born there 31 Mar 1862. The birth of son James Louis was recorded in Salisbury MA 11 Apr 1864.

The latest census record I was able to locate for Frank A. Churchill was the 1910 census. He was recorded in Everett MA as a boarder in a household headed by a Louisa Clisby:
Frank A. Churchill, 53, widower, b NY
Marian C. Churchill, 17, b MA
Raymond W. Churchill, 15, b MA

The death record for Elata (Nickerson) Churchill indicates that she was buried in Exeter NH. The funeral was handled by John Bryant and Sons, undertaker. Possibly Frank A. Churchill is also buried in Exeter NH?
