Idle question but when you say "OXford Counties of Maine" what do you mean? Does Main have more than one Oxford County?

Idle info but my family was from New Hampshire and in my youth I spent summers there into my late teens. My dad was born and grew up in New Hampshire. We lived in West Texus. Well I say he was born in New Hampshire. His family was from Nova Socita. He was actually born in Nova Socita when his mother went there to be with her mother for his birth. Upon he returning to New Hampshire some months later, his mother's New Hampshire doctor and the local Sherrif issued him a New Hampshire Birth Certificate - since his parents were US. Don't know what the view would be now days but in that time and place the practice was common.
