Capt. Bartolome Jimenez de Cisneros married dna. Ana Maria Cantu on Jan 29 1712 in Monterrey,Nuevo Leon,Mexico .
* ( see LDS Film # 0605179 ).
They had numerous children,and eventually this family had settled in Valle de Salinas. * ( also see LDS film # 0605415 ).

There is also another Bartholome Cisneros who married a Mariana Marcela de Villegas. and they had a son named Juan Jose Cisneros.
He married Dna. Antonia Guajardo Villarreal.
In the 1757 July 12 Census of Camargo it states that Juan Jose Cisneros de (Jimenez) and wife Ma.Antonia Guajardo,5 children were listed.
This family was also in the Valle de Salinas,( see LDS film # 0605402).children from 1741 in Salinas,Victoria,Nuevo Leon.
In 1767 Porcion # 79 list Juan Cisneros and Antonia Guajardo 6115 acres located in Starr co.,Texas.
* Will of Juan Joseph Cisneros dated May 16 1783 from the archives of Camargo,states his parents and Antonia's parents and the children 's names.

I descend from both these Cisneros family. These two family will eventuualy cross path with each other,and still a mystery ??

There are also Jimenez Valdez families in Saltillo,Coahuila,Mexico.
