No, I do not have any additional information on Francisco Asis Cisneros. His marriage certificate to Estefana Trevino, widow of Pedro Garcia, says that he is the son of Francisco Cisneros and Manuela Gutierrez. The record of marriage indicates that his family is originally from Matamoros and Brownsville areas. We know that he worked at an "hacienda" as a bookkeeper. A sheet of paper with notes that he kept have the names of Don Julian Vasquez and Adolfo Marke.
The widow of Pedro Garcia, Estefana lived at Campo Verde, a settlement north of Raymondville, now part of the King Ranch, and presumably when Francisco met Estefana, he must have been at Campo Verde as well.
