No, it doesn't look that elaborate, but I do think I found him. They may have mispelled his name Fry, and I did find a Samuel Frey serving frm the Frederick Co area. In my picture he's just wearing a 4 button sack coat and a Hardee hat with a horn on it. That seems to match up.
