The image emailed me is of a seated soldier, waist up. He wears a Hardee hat with an insignia of a hunting horn, and a four-button sack with no insignia. He holds a sky blue greatcoat in his hands. An untinted tintype, the hat and sack are Federal blue, the Winter coat Sky blue. 100% a Yankee.
