Where all do I check to find where my ancestor was held. I checked at Fort Delaware...where else may I check? His name is Thomas Jefferson Covey enlisted at Jacksonport, Ark. Regiment 8, Company B. He was injured at Murfreesboro,Tn on Dec 31, 1862. On a document of P.O.W. "Invoice of received money in letter" date Oct. 15, 1864. Thanks for any help.
