Mother was Emeline Beckley Denney, 1820-1913. Her son was Selah Denney, 1850-1865. He died from pneumonia while in uniform. He is buried at the Jefferson barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Mo. The notice I have is a "Notice of Issue and Fees" from the Department of the Interior Pension office, dated oct 8, 1886. It refers to Certificate No 226.426
