Hello Rick. Again, may I thank you for your assistance. My George W. Young had a land grant in Baldwin County, Stockton, Alabama. The house he built and lived in during 1910 Census, is still standing and owned by a family in Fairhope,Ala. I have personally visited the property and house. I would like to find the grant online. George Washington Young's father was Alexander (?mid.name) Young, son of Green young & Sarah. Alexander lived in Clarke County,Mississippi and a very nice genealogy "angel" mailed the copy of Alexander's land grant to me. I received, this date, 6-26,08. Alexander was living in Mobile, Alabama in 1852. He married Maria Busby daughter of William Busby on 8-30-1852. Their children were: Gincy, Sara Ann Miranda, George Washington Young.

Scott was nice enough to email me the information above on Alexander Young. There are so many A. Young's I do not know how to determine which is Alexander son of Green and husband of Maria. Scott was nice enough to search and find the above. Thanks again, Scott!
