Footnote lists a pension index card for a James Andrews who served in Company E, 32d Ohio.

His widow applied for a pension November 24, 1862: Application No. 6746, Certificate No. 3476

A minor child also applied for a pension: Application No. 94,465. Certificate No. 98,643

He also served in Company G, 15th Ohio Infantry.

You can obtain the pension application files from the National Archives.
