I have a Clement L. Vanlandingham Clagg, son of Alem/Alam Clagg and Mary Boster who did relocate to Jasper Co., Ill. I also have other "unusual" names in this family and was wondering if they were actual names or came from being mis-read--Naraganset, Elkanah, and Rupus Bieman. Are these familiar to anyone?
