Henry Clary/Claire

Hi, I am trying to locate my Henry Clary. The info I have is from my ggrandfathers death cert John Elden Clary b. 1859 in Iowa to Henry Clary and Elizabeth (?). John left home at an early age and moved to the OR WA areas amd married Ida Quinn. John had sibling(s) and children, one of whom is my gfather Richard Clary. My father was Gregg A Clary. I cannot locate Henry or Elizabeth. I have been told that the spelling of our Clary was changed to such at some point, unsure of this and what original spelling would have been. if this sounds familiar I would appreciate any further info. Thanks for your help.
Michelle
