William Clasby

I had been looking for William Clasby of Missouri (born abt 1809) children Jim Clasby, Hayden Henley Clasby (born 12 Jun 1846) Luke Clasby, Walter Clasby, Bob Clasby and Anne Clasby. William's wife's maiden name was possibly Duncan. Nothing seemed to fit.
A BREAKTHROUGH (perhaps)!!
In the Index for the Missouri 1850 census for Buchannan County, I found a William Closley (age 41 of Vriginia). I looked up the microfilm and comparing the handwriting of the census taker to other entries, I am very sure that this is William Clasby (not Closley). This William Clasby's wife is listed as Susan (age 40 of Virginia), his children are Thomas (age 13) Susan (age 10), James (age 8 which could by my Jim), Elizabeth (age 6), Henley (age 4 which matches my Hayden Henley Clasby)and Lucina (age 1 which could by my Luke) the other children were born after 1850.
Hayden Henley Clasby and his family moved to Schell City, Missouri where my Grandfather Fred Oral Clasby was born.
Hayden Henley Clasby married Anna Burnett May (born 5 Mar 1863 in Missouri) Their children are William Horace Clasby (born 2 Sep 1884 in Missouri), Fred Oral Clasby (my grandfather born 19 Feb 1886 in Schell City, MO) Robert Henley Clasby(born 20 Nov 1888 in Schell City), Earl Duncan Clasby (born 28 Nov 1892 in Butler Co. Kansas - Died in WWI), Zona Mae Clasby (born 20 Feb 1893 in Butler Co. Kansas) and James Sleighback Clasby (born 8 Aug 1897 in Afton, Tulsa Co. Oklahoma)

Does any of this fit with anything anyone else has?
