Hi. I found your family on a passenger list on a ship that left from Liverpool, England bound for Quebec:
13 Jul 1907 Lake Erie - final destination London, Ontario
Ellen M.F. Clayton, age 33
Evelyn Clayton, age 8
George Clayton, age 6
Percival J. Clayton, age 4
John A. Clayton, age 3
Anne E. Clayton, age 2
That means their son Joseph was born in Ontario. I found his birth record:
