World Was I soldier named Clear (or Cleer)

I have a picture of a World War I soldier whose last name is Clear--at least, that's the way my father spelled it. This man was probably an army buddy of Dad and the picture has been in our family's possession all these years. The picture was made in Prum, Germany on March 22, 1919. If you can give me the first name of this soldier, I will mail the picture to you. He was from Oklahoma.
