Cleaves of Akron, Ohio

Hello. I'm looking for remnants of the family of Jim and Susannah Cleaves of Summit County, Ohio - I believe specifically Akron. They are not natives, but moved from England between 1871-1880.

In the 1880 census, Portage, Summit, Ohio, they are listed as James Cleave, 29, wife Susannah (her maiden name was Gliddon), 29. Children: John, Ida, William. I also believe they had later on: Frank, Ella, and Laude(?)

Apparently this Laude (boy or girl?) married someone named Spickerman and may have had daughters Muriel and Bernice (born c1910)

(my family had it spelled Cleve)

The rest of Susannah's family immigrated to Canada. I'm having trouble finding any records out of Ohio.

Thanks for your help.

Wayne
