Charles Clemens "Walking Charlie" of Summit, AR, DOD aprox 1970.

I know that "Walking Charlie" was related to Samuel Clemens and am trying to make the connection. If anyone has any information, I would appreciate it. I believe that "Walking Charlie" died sometime in 1970 at the VA hospital in Fayetteville, AR.
