Need DNA Markers for Mark Twain Lineage

I will try this again. I have reviewed all the descendants of the James Clemens line of Buffalo Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania using Dr. Raymond Bell's book as a start point.

Below will be my exact findings. It would nice and a wonderful day for someone [a male Clemens] that is actually related to a Mark Twain ancestor to bravely step forward and provide a simple and painless, male, mouth cheek-swab, to collect the sample for the modern DNA Y-chromosome test. This test does not identify you as a person. This chromosome is simply passed from father to son. If your father or grandfather is listed below, then I am looking for you. My email address is: clemonsr2001@yahoo.com. Contact me there, if you don't want to go public. Perhaps, if you confirm you relationship, we can get funding help. Normally, we need two from different branches to match each other before we can be sure the code has been identified correctly. I realize you have nothing to prove, since you know already your ancestry. However, just perhaps there are some lost family members who have not found their ancestry. We don't look to claim lineage to Mark Twain, we only are trying to find our own place in the world. And we would like to rule in or rule out this large lineage. Thanks for your time.
