My great-great Grandfather Edward Closs was born around 1841 in Belfast, Antrim, Ireland; he married Hannah Bailey and they had 10 children. My great grand father William Elijah Closs (later changed to Close) was born in Manitoba on September 5, 1871. He married Elizabeth Foster anf they had 2 girls the eldest is my Grandmother Hannah Mary Close.
