Clovers of PA? > WVA>IN?

Hi, I'm looking for these Clovers in my family tree. Rosannah Clover (my several times g grandmother) and her brother Philip were children of Smith Clover, it seems, and he was the son of Philip Clover (may have been Clower??) born 12 June 1758, died 19 May 1830 in PA, married to Mary Cooper.

Rosannah married Jesse Reynolds 9 Oct 1827 and their first or second child was Mary Ann Reynolds, born 12 Oct 1829 in Morgantown West Virginia (of course there wasn't a West VA then). She had a sister Virginia A. Reynolds.

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Sue
