Mark, I am sorry I cannot help you with any information on Ceilia Clover. The name does not appear on any of my research. However the 1850 census shows a Henry Cook living with the family of Pherove Clover in Merrimac Township. She was the married to Michael Clover. He was shown as a farmer and was 55 years old. It seems likely that if he was living with the Clover family and as you say married a girl named Clover, it was probably one of Pheroves daughters. However her children were shown as:
Thomas H. 21
Nancy E. 08
Frances M. 04
No Ceilia to be found. It might be a middle name or a nick name. The only two girls who could be considered to be marrying age are Jane 20 and Elizabeth 16. If this doesn't help you, let me know and I may be able to give you the name of a person researching that branch of the Clover family.
