I am looking for information on Millicent Clow. She was born in 1840 Canada and married Zephinah GUMM. She appears on the 1880 Kansas census in Clear Fork, Marshall Co. page 221.
There is a James CLOW that appears on that census on page 220. I suspect that he is Millicent's father. He is 58 years old and is listed with his daughter Della and son James. He was born in Canada.
