Clow Family in St-Armand, Quebec, & Highgate, Vermont
Posted by: Thomas Brown (ID *****8898) Date: September 07, 2002 at 11:50:27

My ancestor was Andrew Clow born about 1815 in Quebec's Eastern Townships (Mississiqoi County ?). He later moved to Vermont where he married Mary Shutts. I would like to contact descendants of John Clow and Catherine Primmerman and Andrew Clow & Catherine Truax to see if my ancestor was the son of either couple.

Both couples resided at one time in St-Armand, Quebec, and later in Highgate, Vermont. The two men are said to have been brothers.

My ancestor Andrew Clow was a blacksmith.

Regards,

Tom Brown
