Clow-Isle of Man- Saskatchewan-Quebec

Seeking info re a clow family that emmigrated from the Isle of Man (UK)(?) to Canada.

At some point name may have been Clough(?), believed to have been changed (possibly at entry?.)

Family believed to have ended up in western Canada possibly Saskatchewan; generations unknown but in late 1800's a Richard was born (in Canada) who moved to the Montreal area as Richard Clow and worked for Bell Canada. Married a Dorthy L. Ritter.

Any Clow info re this family would be helpful.
