You might find more information on Samuel T. Clow if you look for Thomas Samuel William Clow. I believe they are the same person.
All the following information is from the RootsWeb site...
Samuel T. Clow (also apparently listed in some places as Thomas Samuel William Clow) born Sept 15, 1870 in North Wiltshire, PEI, died November 20 1940 in Cornish, NH was married to first wife Mary Rebecca Duffany in Claremont, 11/28/1895
His father was Robert N. Clow, born Jan 1, 1838 in Lot 34, Suffolk, PEI and mother was Mary Harriet Whear, Born October 3, 1837 in PEI. Robert Clow died of pneumonia on Mar 6, 1907 in Claremont. He was the son of George and Rachel Clow. He married Mary Whear, at that time he was living in Lot 31. The two moved to Freetown, PEI prior to the birth of their seventh child in December 1875. It is believed Robert purchased a plot of land in South Freetown (code 70a). The 1881 census states that Robert was a laborer residing in Lot 26 with his wife, nine children, and Isabella Alexander, age 68, a native of Scotland.
Going back further, George Clow was born March 19, 1797 in Stratford, St. Andrew, Suffolk, England and emigrated to PEI in 1829. He was a member of the Anglican Church. George and Rachel (Crouch) Clow moved from England to PEI in 1829 with their son, George, who was 5 years old. Other documents show he may have moved as late as 1835. His father's name was Samuel as well, and was born in 1769. Samuel's father's name was Thomas, and was thought to be born around 1743. That's the earliest date listed.
Samuel Robert Clow born Jan 31, 1902 in Claremont, died Sept 7, 1978 in Claremont. He was one of three children of Thomas Samuel William (Samuel T.). The others were Cordelia Ann Duffany, who was raised by an Aunt (Mary Rebecca) and Eva May Clow.
Eva May Clow eventually married Robert S. Forsaith (as we now know, of Bradford)
When Samuel T. Clow's wife died in 1927 in Claremont, he later married Maude E. LaClair on April 20, 1935 in Claremont. She died four years after Samuel's death, in South Cornish on April 24, 1944.
I'm trying to find out where my grandfather, Howard Clow, fits into all this. I'm not certain, but I believe he was the son of Daniel Fenwick Clow, who was one of the nine children of Robert N. Clow. Daniel married Ethel Howard, or Ethel Davis (I'm not sure of the last name) and they had two children according to the roots web records. One was Stella May, b.1911, d.1947 and the other was an "unnamed male clow," which I believe may have been my grandfather.
If that's all true, then my great great grandfather was Robert N. Clow of Lot 34, Suffolk PEI... I dunno. :)
