Apparently there are wrong dates in your Clubine history. Andrew Clubine b. 23 April 1764 Whitchurch, York Co. Ontario, d. 5 Oct 1839 same place, md. Elizabeth Biles 1791 in New Jersey USA. Children Mary 1 Oct 1790, Keturah 21 Dec 1792, Ezra 10 Apr 1795, Nancy 21 May 1801, Frederick 4 Apr 1805, Andrew 14 Apr 1807, John 21 Apr 1811. I have the children of Ezra & his wife Millicent Swayze
md. 1817 Canada, and some others. Also the children of Ezra's son John & wife Isabel Gower the sister of my husband's gr-grand- mother. John & Isabel are buried north of Romeo, MI, where I live in a cemetery esablished by the father of their son-in-law.
My husband and son are also buried there. Is there another Andrew whose dates you are using? The Clubines, according to the ones I knew in York Co. Ontario, were from the Guerney Islands between France & England & did spell the name without the "e" at one time. Tell me this--do you descend from Jessie Rhodes & Jennie Muir, daughter of Jennie Clubine & James Muir? If so, I have a question for you in our next E-mail. Nina Jackman
