I have a note on a Henry Klum, b. 1797, Vergennes, Addison Co., VT.

Have been told that the German settlement area on the Hudson was adjacent to Vermont.

This group has been hard to trace correctly because of the repetition of given names and
the changes in spelling from Clum to Klum.

Have found one census record where the husband's surname is spelled Clum and his wife's spelled Klum.

E-mail me at "patorbob@wcn.net" and I will send you a link that you may not have used.

Pat Hart Klum
