Thanks Stephanie.Your timing is perfect.
I was just at what is now called the "West Milton Cemetery" taking photos of a Jennings grave-site and was struck by Adam and Anna's gravestones.[As far as I know, no conection to any of my family.]
Note that the stones at least are together in the West Milton Cemetery.Chances are that the name has changed over the years-- but there is another cemetery called South Milton today-- so you might want to note the location.
The stones are large rectangles with deep engraving.Adam's stone has the simple verse;
"The memory of the just is blessed"
Anna's says;
Although my body is laid to dust
And sure it is it also must
By worms destroyed ??
Not in my flesh shall I see God
[and six more lines that are not very clear due to the lighting-- I have it as a digi-photo, so someone with a better knowledge than me of improving the photo could probably read it.My email is elbrecht@email & I'll send it to anyone who wants to take a shot at it]
Adam's just says "Aged 77 Years", but Anna's gives "62 yrs, 1mo, 11 da"
Other CLUTES in that cemetery [and many others in Milton] are listed at;

The page loads slowly, so be patient.
