Hi Paul,
In subsequent research I have found two Coady families, each with a Leo Coady, one from Nova Scotia and the other New Brunswick. I believe the Leo J. Coady I'm researching was from New Brunswick; his family migrated to Maine (probably for work) and Leo moved to Montana, where he was a mining engineer. He did not return to Canada and died in Las Vegas. I suspect that is not the Leo Coady who is you great uncle, but if he is, I'd be happy to send you everything I have on him.
Larry
