Hi Larry!

Well my Leo Coady's dad James W. Coady was from Nova Scotia, but his mother, Harriet/Hattie Nelder, was from Salisbury, Westmorland Co, New Brunswick.

They were married 15 Sep 1885 at Woodstock,Carleton Co, NB. In 1888, James was granted citizenship

They lived in Mt. Chase, ME and then Patten, ME, and a number of other Nelder family members also lived there. James applied for citizenship from Mt. Chase on 12 Apr 1888.

Leo was the oldest child, I believe. In 1906, Leo was the captain of the Patten Academy track team. In 1907, he and my grandfather Kempton played on the baseball team at Patten Academy In 1908, he was on the Academy's basketball team. (I have photocopies from "A History of Patten Academy"}. Leo was married to a woman named "Fern."

If any of this sounds familiar to you, please send me further information.
