thank you for responding. your story is very interesting even if not exotic! It is something I can pass down to my grandchildren and they will be thrilled to know it was in a book! They are young and still thrilled with the small things in life.I am having a good time searching this for them. I have always heard the journey (doing genealogy) was long and hard but the people one meets along the way makes it all worthwhile. thank you for being one of those people. Pam
