Mrs. Charles Cockey of Baltimore

I am working with Lovely Lane Methodist Museum in Baltimore City, Maryland on their upcoming Quilt Show.

We have a Baltimore album style quilt with the name Mrs Charles Cockey on one of the BEST squares of the quilts and want to know more about her and her family.

I cannot find her on the 1850 census. The quilt was made in 1847 for an early western Baltimore Methodist Church for a Rev. Lipscomb as a going way gift.

Does anyone know who she is? If you are from her family, we will give you tickets to the show if you can help us in the endeavor to find more about her.
