John Hanson Thomas Cockey b. 10 Aug 1809. His parents were John Cockey and Elizabeth Zantzinger. His paternal grandfather was Capt. John Cockey. Capt. John and his wife, Chloe Cromwell, had 8 children about which I have information. Their daughter Eleanor Cockey b 21 May 1775 married Sebastian Graff on 18 Feb 1793.
There was also a marriage of Catherine Graff and William Cockey 25 May 1809 in Frederick County, MD. This from the FAmily Tree Maker's Family Archives, Marriage Index: Maryland 1655-1850; CD 224. I would have no way of knowing whether or not this is important to you, but within the same CD there is a listing for a marriage of GROFF, Sebastian and Eleanor Cockey on 18 Feb 1793. Note that this is the same date as the marriage in the first paragraph, above. If Sebastian Groff and Sebastian Groff are the same person, and I believe they are, then there are other GROFF names which could have alternatively been spelled as GRAFF.
Other than data I listed on whatever site you saw, there is no additional information in the Bible.
