Sorry about the delay - technical problems !!!
I spoke to a relative over Easter re the photo of Sicklesmere. I now know who the people were who lived in the 3 cottages but am not sure at the moment who is actually pictured. I'm going to London in a couple of weeks and will try to find out then. I'll also try to bring back here some of the old photos which my dad has at home, which I think include ones of Charles and Lucy Cocksedge but will certainly include some of your lot! If I can get them from my Dad, I'll copy them and see if I can either e-mail them to you ( very unlikely to succeed - I know my limitations !) or, if you want to divulge your "real" address, post them.

I don't have any software I'm using for my family tree - it's all done the old-fashioned way I'm afraid - so if can recommend something ( and explain it !) I'd be grateful. Also, any dates and other info. that you could pass on to me will also have to be done some other way. I hope you know more about using computers than I do or I shall never get any further with my searches.
