Hi, I have only just found your website and have been trying to find out more about my Cocksedge family and would be willing to share what I have if needed.
I have traced back as far as John Cocksedge and his marraige in 1666 at Rushbrooke to Margery Crofts.
I have a few other possibilities earlier than them, but need to check them out more thoroughly.
My family seems to have lived at Rushbrooke,Rougham,
Cockfield,Hawkedon and Stansfield.
Other families connected to the Cocksedges are, Crick, Webb, Brewster,Bird,Bowles and Crofts, and others.
I live in Australia and have been reseaching about 15yrs.

Regards
Marilyn
