Ann Coldiron, 1700's, KY

For years, like many Pennington researchers, I have always come to a dead-end of the origin of Ann Coldiron? Looking at the book abt. the descendants of George Kalteissen, I saw she wasn't in there. Is there a possibility that Ann is of Spanish descent, since mostly Coldiron is based off the Spanish Calderon?
