You stated - "Rosie married my grandfather's brother- Grant Horn." My records have Grant Horn (1882-1949) marrying Forest Rose(Rosie)Colegrove. I was told she passed away in 1960. Grant Horn had three brothers, William, John, and George. Their father was James Horn, my g-g grandpa. The son John is my G-grandfather, and his bride, my g-grandma, Mary M. Colegrove, had 5 daughters and one son. My g-grandma is a daughter of Jessie Colegrove. Together they had one son, my grandpa Grant Horn, named I am guessing after his uncle Grant, and five daughters. In early August, I am attending a Nellie Brewer family reunion at Coal Grove, Ohio. Nellie was one of the five daughters of John Horn, and Mary Magdalene (Colegrove)Horn.
I obtained a copy of the Colegrove book from the online Terry Colegrove page www.geocities.com/Heartland/Hills/5698/
Was one of your grandfathers William or George Horn (?), if or if not, we probably still have info to share between us.
Also an individual who has been of great assistance on the Colegrove line to me is Forrest Colegrove - forrest.colegrove@kctcs.net.
He lives in the Ashland, Ky area.
Hope to hear from you.
